New Member November

We are offering New Member November again this year.  Due to the increase of athletes from last year, the guidelines have changed to better accommodate both new and veteran athletes.

CrossFit for the month of November is free**, but space is limited.   You need to sign-up at the front desk or call 603-838-6511. (**For the free month, you cannot have had a crossfit membership with us in the last 13 months.)

*We do ask that all new members bring in a non-perishable food item for the local food pantry.

This year we will be having On-Ramp classes for the new athletes. The class size is capped at 16 for on-ramp classes.

On-Ramp classes will have on-ramp programming (WODs 45min class)

Before your first class a liability waiver must be completed.

On-Ramp Class Schedule
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:45am
Tuesday & Thursdays 5:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am

***There are 12 workouts for the month of the November.  Each workout builds upon the previous.  It is important to try to make it to all the workouts.  There will be reviews each class, so don’t worry if you miss a few.
The workouts on Mondays and Tuesdays will be the same and the workouts on Wednesdays and Thursdays will be the same.

Thanksgiving week we will hold the Thursday evening class on Wednesday evening instead.
